My hope for you during yoga practice is that you link your breath to your movement, from start to finish, to create a moving meditation. I want you to be so immersed in breath and movement you get a little vacation from your mind. At the end of the session I want you to feel like you just had a full body massage. Basically, I just want to help you feel good!

I am currently offering yoga privates virtually and in person. Privates are great for anyone who is new to yoga or anyone who wants to fine tune their practice. I promise you will benefit from the experience immensely. Please contact me here if you’d like to discuss further.
